Meet The Sexperts

Often when I talk to people about the work I do as an Embodied Intimacy Coach, the response I get is incredibly enthusiastic… “Wow, I can really see how so many people would benefit from that work”, they say, and then add hastily: “Not me, of course!”

And yet the top Googled ‘how to’ searches are ‘How to kiss’ and ‘How to masturbate’…

There are thousands of sexuality professionals like me out there doing amazing work across fields as diverse as bodywork, counselling, tantra and medicine. But most people don’t know where to begin if they want to find one.

For a start it’s not easy to ask for help with your sex life: shame is a huge inhibitor – as you can see from responses like the ones mentioned above, many people don’t feel comfortable talking about or even publicly acknowledging their own intimacy issues.  And you can never be sure who and what is authentic when searching the web.

So I’m incredibly proud to be part of a new Directory of Qualified Sexuality Practitioners, from a great range of backgrounds, all gathered together in a safe and supportive online environment with easy categorisation and specialisation filters to help you find the right practitioner for you.

Findmysexpert.com includes qualified professionals from all over the UK, and as far afield as Australia and America, so why not check it out and see what’s possible – maybe there are things you didn’t even realise it was possible for you to get support with!

And as for that ‘how to masturbate’ question…If you’ve ever secretly wondered: ‘am I doing it right?’, ‘am I stuck in a rut?’, or even ‘why can’t I give up porn?’… you can always contact me!

We are all born with the instinct to breathe, to move, and to make sound.

We are all born into a body, with a mind of our own, and a unique spirit.

Our ability to touch and be touched, both physically and emotionally, is what weaves all these parts of us together.
